The Academy Workspace
Work through six modules, acknowledge each practical exercise, then take the final knowledge check. Completion makes a learner eligible to apply — it is not employment.

Nexus Foundations
What each Nexus service actually does, and how to describe it honestly in a discovery conversation.
Lessons
AI Receptionist answers inbound questions and routes callers. Scheduler offers and confirms times on a real calendar. Sales follows up on inbound interest and hands qualified conversations to a human. Support answers repeat questions from approved knowledge sources. Reviews requests feedback after a completed job. Lead Engine researches and organizes prospects for human-approved outreach. Every service has a defined boundary and a human escalation path.
Sell the operational outcome — fewer missed calls, faster follow-up, cleaner records — not a number you cannot prove. Never promise a revenue lift, a conversion rate, a ranking, or a guaranteed result. If a prospect asks for a figure, describe what is measured after launch and offer to review their own baseline instead.
Ask what happens today when a call is missed, who owns follow-up, which tools hold the truth, and what a good week looks like. Write down constraints and unknowns. A scope you can defend in writing is the deliverable of discovery — not a demo booking.
Exercise: write one honest positioning paragraph
Pick one service line and write a short paragraph for a specific business type. State the operational outcome, the human escalation path, and one thing the service does not do. Include no percentages, no revenue claims, and no guarantees.
Do this work in your own notes or documents. This page has no input field and collects nothing.
Check every lesson and acknowledge the exercise to enable “Mark module complete”.
